Executive Order 20-35 issued on April 13, 2020 (Peacetime Emergency Extension): The Governor’s new Executive Order extends the Peacetime Emergency another 30 days. The postponement of non-emergent and elective dental and medical surgeries and procedures will remain in place per the past Executive Order declaring this action throughout the Peacetime Emergency.
